Order Cancellation Policy

Made-to-Order Items
All our dresses, such as bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride attire, wedding dresses, and more, require several days for production.
Unpaid Orders for Made-to-Order Items:
Please note that any unpaid orders for Made-to-Order items will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
Paid Orders for Made-to-Order Items:
We understand that these items are essential purchases for your special occasion and that you want them to arrive on time. Therefore, we strive to begin production of your order within 24 hours of the confirmation of your purchase.
We value your satisfaction and understand the importance of flexibility when it comes to making changes to your order. As such, we have extended our cancellation and refund policy for Made-to-Order items.

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may reach out to our customer service team for assistance in cancelling your order.
Important Notes:
1. Cancellation requests cannot be reversed once processed. If you cancel an order, you will need to place a new order for the item(s) you wish to purchase.
2. If you wish to make changes to your order, such as removing or adding items, please refer to our Order Change Policy.
3. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you will need to wait for the order to be delivered and then request a return.
4. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Final Sale Items
- Swatches
- Fabric by-the-yard
