Order Changes Policy
Our ability to make changes to your order, such as modifying the chosen designs, color, or size, may vary depending on the specific item(s) you have ordered.

All our dresses are Made-to-Order items, such as bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride dresses, and wedding dresses, require several days for production.
You have the option to change the color, size, and measurement of your Made-to-Order items within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. To request a change, please send an email to our customer service team with your order number and the details of your change request. Please note that once the 24-hour change window has passed, the orders are already in production and no further changes can be made.
For special size changes, we have some guidelines in place.
Free changes are available from a standard size to another standard size, or from a custom size to another custom size. If you need to change from a standard size to a custom size, please contact our customer service team during the specified change window. They will assist you with your change request.
Please note that if you require a change from a standard size to a custom size, there will be a custom fee. On the other hand, if you need to change from a custom size to a standard size, we will refund the custom fee you originally paid.
If you have ordered an incorrect quantity of items and are still within the change time window, you can email our customer service team with your order number and change request. They will assist you in either deleting the unwanted item or adding the additional item to your existing order.
Design Changes:
We currently offer the following design changes for our Made-to-Order Dresses:
- Removal of train or addition of spaghetti straps:
If you require any alterations to the custom-sized dress you ordered, such as removal of the train or addition of spaghetti straps, you can contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. Please provide your order number and change request. Our team will contact our tailors to make the requested changes at no extra cost.
If you have ordered standard-sized dresses and require these changes, we will charge you the custom fee as the items have already been specially-made for you.
- Removal of belt or bow:
If you need to remove the belt or bow from the dress you have ordered, please contact us with your order number and change request within 24 hours of placing your order. We will check if the changes can be made and if possible, our team will request our tailors to effect the necessary changes.
At this time, we do not charge for these modifications. However, kindly note that custom-made dresses cannot be returned.
If the requested modifications cannot be made, please use our filters to find a dress style that already contains the features you desire.
